 All travel arrangements are handled personally by our experienced staff in our Jacksonville office -- not handed off to a travel agent unfamiliar with your work schedule, travel and accommodation preferences. Most travel expenses are prepaid by the Client facility, reducing reimbursable out-of-pocket expenses.
In advance of your assignment, you will receive a complete itinerary along with directions and after-hours emergency numbers. Should any problems arise with your accommodations our staff works directly with the client to promptly resolve the issue.
