In 1999, after having lead in the start-up and growth of two successful Atlanta-based locum tenens agencies, Carmen A. Renaldy III formed Med-Link Staffing, Inc. to address the Anesthesia physician staffing needs in hospitals and anesthesia groups located primarily in the Southeast. Mr. Renaldy’s 20+ years of experience spans all aspects of the locum tenens business - from recruiting, staffing, marketing and credentialing, to corporate organizational development and strategic planning.
Following the business model of Med-Link Staffing, The Surgeons-Link, Inc. was formed in January, 2001 by Carmen Renaldy and Aaron Risen, a long-time friend and colleague who also has 20+ years of experience in physician recruiting and staffing in the surgical specialties. Together, they grew the business, skillfully building client and physician relationships throughout the country. In 2004, the company was awarded the “Preferred Partnership” by the National Foundation for Trauma Care (NFTC). The NFTC is a consortium of over 200 trauma centers around the country, many of which are some of the top academic medical centers in the country.
Today, the company serves facilities ranging in size from a 50-bed hospital in the rural Pacific Northwest to major academic medical centers in the Midwest, Southeast and Northeast. |
